Our standard hours of operations are between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm,
MST, Monday thru Friday. We will try to make arrangements outside
of our standard hours for unusual and emergency situations.

- Warranty
Work
Most commonly, we resolve warranty issues in the field or in our
shop. If factory service or replacement is required, we will coordinate
that through our office.

- Territory
With most of our product lines, we are the exclusive factory representatives
for the Rocky Mountain West region, including Colorado, Wyoming
and New Mexico. We offer design service, job site start-up service
and repair service for our entire region of responsibility.

We service every piece of equipment we sell. We do offer on-site
services and we can facilitate factory repairs as well.

Options
While most of our customers set up credit accounts (net 30), we
do accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Location
We are located in Golden, a western suburb of downtown Denver, just
west of the Colfax Avenue and 6th Avenue intersection.
